Head of Property and Development
Natasha has over five years of experience with PPI Funds Management and currently serves as Head of Property and Development. In this role, she is dedicated to delivering long-term value for investors through disciplined asset management and strategic leasing initiatives.
She is widely recognised for her strong commitment to the business, exceptional negotiation skills, and her ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
Natasha also contributes to the broader industry as a member of the Property Funds Association Diversity Committee.
Chief Financial Officer
Neil oversees day‑to‑day financial management and reporting for PPI and its investment syndicates, delivering clear, high‑quality reporting to syndicate boards and members with a strong focus on transparency, frequency, and detail. He has over 20 years of experience working in the property industry.
He is actively involved in industry advocacy through his participation on various Property Council of Australia committees.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a CPA.
Chief Executive Officer
Richard has over 47 years experience in accounting and property, and has worked alongside Harry for over 40 years – first at Perks & Associates from 1986 to 1998 and then at PPI since its official inception in 1998.
Richard is a member of the National Institute of Accountants and as PPI’s Chief Executive Officer he is responsible for all the day-to-day operations of PPI and its investment syndicates.
Founder / Executive Chairman
Harry graduated from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Economics in 1970 before becoming a member for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1974. Harry formed Perks & Associates in 1983. At Perks & Associates Harry advised clients on business performance, tax and financial structuring for businesses and individuals, the use of self-managed superannuation funds and the acquisition and disposal of businesses.
In 1998 Harry formed PPI Funds Management to focus on his love of property syndication, acquisition, and development. Throughout the years working as the stalwart of PPI, Harry has been recognised as a South Australian Icon of the Property Industry and has been awarded a Member of the Order of Australia for his service to business and horse racing in 2025.
Managing Director
Lachlan joined PPI in 2008 and became the Managing Director in 2014.
Lachlan has in excess of 25 years’ experience in property investment, property development, funds management, corporate finance, interest rate trading, debt originations and risk management.
In addition to his role at PPI, Lachlan is also an Executive Director of Keystone Capital Ltd, a specialist commercial real estate private credit funds management business that he co-founded in 2013.
Lachlan holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce both from the University of Adelaide as well as a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
