Westland Whyalla
Westland Whyalla is now the biggest fully enclosed shopping centre in SA outside of metropolitan Adelaide.
The most recent development over 3 stages was completed in June 2015.
The centre now benefits from a full line Woolworths, a full line Coles, a Cheap as Chips and additional specialty tenancies such as Taking Shape, a Bank SA branch, Anytime Fitness, Prouds and many more.
Mt Barker Central
Mt Barker Central is located in one of Adelaide's fastest growing residential areas. A recently completed 3-stage development ensures the shopping needs of the residents of Mt Barker and surrounding hamlets are adequately catered for.
Stage 1 of the development comprises a 950sqm extension to the existing Kmart and the provision of a new dual level parking facility on Cameron Street capable of accommodating approximately 280 additional car spaces.
Stage 2 of the development comprises approximately 835sqm of active street retail accommodation on Hutchinson Street and the extension of the existing dual level parking facility to accommodate an additional 70 new car spaces.
Stage 3 of the development comprises approximately 600sqm of additional retail accomodation.
Victor Central
Victor Central, located in Adelaide's premier seaside holiday town of Victor Harbor recently underwent an exciting $25 million redevelopment. This redevelopment ensures Victor Central is able to satisfy the needs of Victor Harbor's fast growing permanent population as well as the thousands of seasonal holiday makers who visit Victor Harbor for decades to come.
The redevelopment included a new 5,200sqm Big W store, a fully refurbished Woolworths store as well as approximately 16 new specialty tenancies. To support the growth of the shopping centre a new under-croft car park has also been built for approximately 240 cars which provides for easy travelator access right into the heart of the centre.
In addition to the new full line Big W, this redevelopment will see Victor Harbor benefit from an enlargement to the existing pharmacy and newsagency, as well as the introduction of a new Dick Smith, Feast Fine Foods and a new fashion precinct.
